NEW IN HANKO!

ACTIVITIES ON LAND AND AT SEA!

Motion Ltd and the city of Hanko arrange a new and fresh outdoor activity event in Hanko. Hanko Sea & Beach is a maritime event in the sunniest town in Finland.

Approximately 20 different sports and activities present themselves on the southern beaches, in waters and on the streets in Hanko - competitions, presentations, shows - lots to see and experience for all ages.

HANKO CASINO AS A CENTRE

The traditional Restaurant Casino and its park are the meeting point and the info centre of the event. There you can watch the sports on the big screen, take part in competitions and other interesting programme.

The high light of the event is on Saturday night when the Hanko Film and Photo Awards takes place at Casino and the event ends with a great party.

RULES OF THE EVENT

All outdoor events finish at 10 pm.
No alcohol is served in the outdoor events.

“Don’t break that bottle” – campaign:
Hanko Sea & Beach – event together with Hanko City adopt a zero tolerance against breaking the bottles, littering and other disturbing behaviour.

MOTION Ltd
Motion Ltd is a company owned by Ari Heinilä. The company founded in 1989 is specialized in TV productions. Motion Ltd has produced several TV series and rewarded documentaries. Heinilä himself goes in for most of the sports that take part in Hanko Sea & Beach 2010 event.
